To stay close to the core of the body and get maximum out of the method, one has to do the workout on the right equipment, and that is the original manufactured Pilates equipment from Gratz, New York. Ever since there first job for Joseph Pilates almost fifty years ago they have been faithfully reproducing all of their apparatus to his exact specifications. Other equipment might look similar but there is a big difference. As first generation teacher Romana Kryzanowska has said: “The difference is clear with the first workout.” |
